As intranet software solution based on a card system, SmartSoft can be used in: polyclinics, medical centers, alternative medicine , beauty centers and etc.
Every room is equipped with computer or notebook connected with card reader, through which the personnel has access to SmartSoft that is instaled on the sertver.
Description of the software solution:
Every room has access to the appropriate module of SmartSoft depending on the treatments/examinations in that room.
In the waiting room is used the module for making appointment,reappointment and deletion of treatments/examinations and at the same time is eqipped with screen on whitch can be seen the queuing line of the patients together with their treatment.
During patient's first visit at the institution ,the secretary opens a new file and gives him a smart card that is used as his personal document during next treatments/examinations in that institution.
This card is used for patient's identification and access to his dossier and his previous treatments/examinations.
Patient's identification (and with that automatic view of his dossier) is done by the employee with drawing near the card to the card reader without contact.
Depending on the treatment/examination that has to be done to the patient, automatic is opened the last treatment as well as an arhive of previously treatments/examinations. After the treatment the employee makes changes to patient's dosieer and returns him the card.
While the patient is on treatment/examination ,on the screen in the weating room are shown his name and surname, treatment's type, time duration and room , that enables a good organization of other patient's queue.
If the pation needs another different treatment he goes to the waiting room and waits to be shown his turn on the screen.
When the patient has finished with all the treatments/examinations for that day , he goes to the waiting room and makes an appointment for the next visit.
With the smart card the secretary opens patient's file and the patien chooses a date for a new appointment.At the end the sum that the patient has to pay is automaticly calculated.
